Design
The design department supports the client in shaping both the stylistic vision and the technical structure of each project. We listen carefully, sharing our experience and perspective with genuine commitment.

Pattern Development
A strategic and highly technical department. Our pattern makers translate concepts into precise, replicable and production-ready digital models. We work with up-to-date CAD software and integrated systems to ensure control, accurate fit and optimized marker efficiency.
Prototyping
The prototype is the first real bridge between concept and production. We develop it based on the specifications received, testing volumes, fabrics and construction techniques in search of the right balance. It is a phase of continuous dialogue with the client, essential to establishing a solid foundation for the collection.
It is also one of the stages we feel most connected to, as it reflects our dedication to both the product itself and the relationships that grow around its creation.
Sampling
At this stage, we create test garments designed to assess materials, details and performance. It is the moment when the project becomes tangible, and each sample piece is handled with the highest level of sartorial care, as if it were destined for the runway.
Cutting
In our third-party fabric cutting department, experience and technology work side by side. The use of automated machinery and advanced software ensures precision, reduced waste and consistent production standards.

Construction

Pressing
