By filling out the contact form, the user:

  • communicates his name and surname and contact details;
  • communicates his consent to the processing of data;
  • communicates the intention to register and receive the Newsletter;

Purpose of processing

The name, the e-mail address indicated by the user when filling out the contact form and the information entered by the user in the message body are used exclusively to respond to the user request, and also to subscribe to the Newsletter if specifically requested.

Personal data recipients

The personal data collected by Confezioni Gallia srl single-member company may be processed by subjects involved in the management of the website (such as for example administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or by external staff (such as suppliers of third party technical services, couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies), and Data Processors appointed from time to time if necessary,  according to GDPR which defines as “data processor” the natural or legal person, public authority, and service or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the data controller.

In any case, each user can always request an updated list of Data Processors from the Data Controller with the methods set out in the user rights section (i.e. by sending an e-mail notification to gallia@gallia.it )

Except for the aforementioned cases, the user’s personal data are not disclosed to third parties unless:

  • the user has given his express consent to the communication;
  • the communication is necessary to provide the service or product requested by the user;
  • the communication is necessary with reference to third parties that collaborate with Confezioni Gallia srl single-member company in order to provide the service or product requested by the user (in this case only the data deemed essential for the provision of the service or the supply of the product will be communicated, therefore it is forbidden to use the same data for different purposes).
  • is required by law.

Storage period

The information offered by the user by filling out the contact form (name, e-mail address, telephone, message text) will be processed and stored for the time strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which it was collected, i.e. for sending the answer to the question submitted.

Right of access

The interested party has the right to ask the Data Controller if personal data concerning him is being processed and if so to obtain access to the data and the following information:

  1. Purpose of processing;
  2. the categories of concerned data;
  3. the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular to recipients from third countries or international organizations;
  4. when possible, the expected storage period of personal data or, if not possible, the standards used to determine this period;
  5. the right of the interested party to ask the data controller to rectify or delete personal data or restrict the processing of personal data concerning him or to object to the processing;
  6. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
  7. all information available on the data source, if the data are not collected from the interested party;
  8. the existence of an automated decision-making process, including the profiling referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, and at least in such cases, substantial information on the logic used, as well as the importance and provided for consequences of such processing for the interested party.

If personal data are transferred to a third country or to an international organization, the interested party has the right to be informed of the existence of proper guarantees under article 46 regarding the transfer.

  • It does not communicate the personal data of users to international organizations or third countries;
  • The interested party has the possibility to request the correction or deletion of their personal data at any time in the manner indicated in the relevant section (i.e. by sending an email togallia@gallia.it ).
  • Personal data are not collected with completely automated procedures, but the consent of the user who enters his data in the form provided on the website is always required.

 

Right to deletion and rectification

The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller the following:

  • the rectification of data, if they are incorrect
  • the deletion of his personal data.

The data controller will proceed with the cancellation requested, without delay and in full compliance with art. 17 of the European Regulation.

 

Right to restrict the processing

The interested party has the right to obtain the restriction of the processing from the data controller in the following cases:

  • the interested party contests the accuracy of their data: for the time necessary for the data controller to check the accuracy;
  • illegal processing: the interested party objects to the deletion and requests the restriction of its use;
  • the interested party objects to the processing pursuant to art. 21 paragraph 1 pending the verification of the possible prevalence of the data controller’s legal reasons over those of the interested party.
